Welcome to the new blog for
It’s early 2026 (I know hard to believe right?) , and this is the first time I’ve added a blog to my practice — something I’ve wanted to do for a while. My goal is to create a helpful, down-to-earth space where I can share insights on massage therapy, wellness, pain management, recovery, and everyday self-care, especially as they relate to life in hectic Downtown Toronto.
Going forward, I’ll be covering topics like:
how massage therapy supports movement, recovery, and stress management
common issues I see in my Toronto clients (desk tension, postural pain, running injuries, winter stiffness, etc.)
simple ways you can take better care of your body between treatments
and practical explanations of how massage fits into a long-term wellness plan
